When is the Town open?

The Town of Pink does not have any full time employees; therefore, we do not have regular business hours.  If you need assistance or have a question, please call (405) 287-4891 or email us at townofpinkoklahoma@gmail.com.


When are the Town Board Meetings?

The regular meeting of the Town Board of Trustees is held on the second Monday of each month at 7:30 p.m. at the Pink Senior Center located at  22065 Pink Lane.  Meetings are open to the public.  

Which Ward do I live in?

The Town is divided into 5 wards.  If you look at the Map of the Wards and cannot tell which Ward you are in, please contact the Town and provide your address and we can let you know.

How do I apply for a Building Permit/Acreage Verification?

This process is to ensure you are in compliance with the Town's one residence per 2.5 acre requirement in Town Ordinance No. 8.  No home inspections are required.

Mail the completed application with payment to the address on the application.  If you want to hand deliver your application, you will need to bring it to a Town meeting.  Town meetings are held on the second Monday of each month at 7:30 p.m. at Pink Senior Center.    

Building Permit/Acreage Verification applications are approved by the Town Board.  The application must be received by the last business day of the month in order to be included on the following month's meeting agenda.  If you hand deliver your application to a Town meeting, your application will be on the agenda for the next month's town meeting, not the meeting you deliver it.


How do I get my OMMA Certificate of Compliance signed?

The Town requires an annual Permit for Commercial Medical Marijuana Operations located within Town limits. 

Your permit must be current or your renewal permit must be applied for prior to the Town signing the OMMA Certificate of Compliance Form.   You can send your completed OMMA form with your renewal permit application.  If you already have a current Town permit, you can mail or email your completed OMMA form to the Town for signature.
